A kitchen extension to a stunning four storey Victorian terrace house on Broadstairs sea front.

The Project

This kitchen extension project included installing supporting steelwork to remove ground floor load bearing walls and building a rear extension to create an open plan breakfast room.

This project included large bi-fold doors and two large lanterns to achieve a stunning sunny room.

The Result

New kitchen and ground floor WC with modern finish and improved U values to reduce heat loss.
