Our working schedules are shorter because we design out problems and increase efficiency with forward planning. Most importantly, through this we can ensure our fees are a fixed cost with no hidden extras.
We provide turnkey project solutions, to include layout design, planning, engineering & building control, and then a complete construction service through to a 5 star satisfactory completion.
All projects include a 12-month defects period as standard with an option to extend to ten years through the Federation of Master Builders.
Having over combined 50 years’ experience working within all aspects of residential housing construction, we enjoy a wealth of hands-on building knowledge, practical trade skills and technical expertise.
We have extended and altered many different property types and overcome structural difficulties to achieve stunning results for our clients.
Our project management service is included in every project as standard just as the developments, with a modern approach to communication between us and our clients. We provide the same secure Dropbox client folder individual to each project, to find all information from planning and engineering to completion certificates and warranty details. Also a “client uploads” folder to upload any pictures, ideas or products that inspire.
Our clients only pay for work done and have a clear understanding of what each invoice includes. Accurate invoicing with scheduled evaluations of work in progress and work complete up to the date of each evaluation.
We provide our own easy to read “Client Payment and Works Schedule” excel spreadsheet within your Dropbox updated at each weekly evaluation, showing a complete breakdown of agreed costs, invoice amounts allocated and what’s left to pay.
We organise, arrange, and meet on site all subcontractors and building control inspections and on completion we provide a project folder with all details, manuals and guarantees from products installed. Also included are multiple photographs taken through the progression of the construction process to catalogue important details often hidden from the eye once complete.
