Design & Development

This development had major access restrictions and involved basement construction and heavy weight timber frame structure with brick slip cladding system.

The timber frame structure was detailed in-house to achieve improved U values and stability of four storeys.

The Result

These four stunning units are equipped with basement cinema rooms, private balcony space and complete open plan levels.
